Crites,Tidey and Associates opened on May 1, 1985 through the merger of Crites and Associates of Okemos and R.C. Tidey Associates of Grand Rapids.

Since the merger, we have grown from a staff of 8 to 31, making us one of the largest manufacturers' representatives in the U.S. Our employees have a combined total of 140 years in the lighting business.

In addition to providing commodity lighting products for residential, office and institutional use, we place a great importance on our sales and service in the specialty light groups; outdoor, landscape, church, decorative, emergency, dimming, theater and more.
